Dr. Hossein Rezai Jorabi
Qualification: Dr Rezai-Jorabi was awarded a Ph.D. in 1985 for his work on reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structures. He further pursued his research interest on a post-doctorate research programme on the assessment and upgrading of existing structures before joining the industry in January 1987. In the past nineteen years he has been involved with the design and development of a number of fairly high profile structures in the UK, South East Asia and abroad. He has also been a visiting lecturer to the University of Westminster, London where he has supervised a Ph.D. project at the school of Architecture and Engineering. He currently assists on a part-time basis at the School of Architecture of the National University of Singapore. His research work has generated a number of technical papers in various national and international publications including the Structural Engineer (UK), the American Concrete Institute Journal and the Journal of the Singapore Institute of Architects.

Michael Ooh Choon Him
Qualification: University of Singapore; Post-grad Dip (Hons.) in Architecture, Thames Polytechnic, London. Professional membership with Board of Architects, Malaysia; Malaysian Institute of Architects, Royal Institute of British Architects (Chartered Architect), Malaysian institute of Interior Designers.
Experience: More than 25 years of experience in architecture, involved in the designing of various building structures in Riyadh, London, etc, and holding of the position as senior architect in the Building Department at the Penang Town Council.

Anto Joseph
Qualification: Anto S. F. Experience: Anto started his career with Public Works Department (JKR), Kelantan in 1977 as a Development Engineer and was later promoted as Resident Engineer from 1980 to 1981 for construction of Rural Road packages and Federal Road Rehabilitation projects in Kelantan. Moving on from JKR, he worked on various other project management positions; with Pernas Construction Sdn Bhd,(member of PNB) as Project Manager and Coordinator from 1981 to 1988; joined Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad, (now known as OPUS, a member of UEM Group and Project Managers to PLUS) for the overall implementation of the North -South Highway and held various positions as Construction Manager from 1988 to 1989, Senior Construction Manager from 1989 to 1991, Regional Construction Manager from 1991 to 1992 and as Senior Regional Construction Manager from 1992 to 1993.
Anto was appointed as Executive Director of Mudajaya Group Berhad (‘MGB”), a Public Listed Company of the Main Board of the KL Stock Exchange on 2 March 2004 and later promoted to as the Joint Managing Director of MGB on 8 April 2011. Redesignated on 30 September 2011 as the Managing Director of MGB and subsequently promoted to as the Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of MGB on 22 December 2011, till his retirement in March 2015.
Mudajaya was involved in the construction/EPC of various large Thermal and Gas- Fired-Power Plants for Tenaga Nasional Bhd and IPPs in Malaysia in collaboration with Alstom, GE, Siemens, Sumitomo, Taisei Corporation, Japan Development Corporation and other Multinational companies.
Anto spearheaded MGB’s development and investment as an Independent Power Producer for Thermal power plants in India and Indonesia, large scale solar powered renewal Energy in Malaysia and also business development for Wind farm projects in Philippines and Vietnam, Hydro project in Laos, thermal power project in Myanmar and waste to energy project in Thailand.
After retiring from Mudajaya Group Berhad in 2015, he became the Managing Director of Fidelio International Sdn Bhd and has been providing advisory work to independent developers in the Renewal Energy as well as in Integrated Organic Agricultural farming sector.

Experience: His field of expertise lies in the conceptual and detailed designs, evaluation, management and supervision of thermal, hydro, solar, wind and biomass power generating projects.
Thomas George

He started his career in the operations and maintenance of various thermal power stations in Malaysia before being appointed as a senior engineer with the Hydro Projects Department with the National Electricity Board, Malaysia (subsequently Tenaga Nasional Berhad), responsible for the design, specification, procurement, installation and commissioning of plant and equipment for various major hydro projects implemented by the department: i.e. Temenggor (4 x 87.5 MW), Bersia (3 x 24 MW), Kenering (3 x 40 MW), Kenyir, Sungai Piah, etc.
He was subsequently appointed as Senior Engineer at the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation Ltd (Malaysian Branch Office) where he was involved in the preparation of proposals, pre-feasibility, feasibility, preliminary and detail design, supervision, and inspection of various projects undertaken by this office as detailed below:
• Review of the implementation of three mini hydro schemes for National Electrification Administration, Philippines. Preparation of Feasibility Study report for a small hydro project in Palau, Micronesia.
• Preparation of pre-feasibility report for a private small hydro development on three sites on the Sq. Choh, Perak, Malaysia. Preparation of detailed proposals to privatize the installation and operation of additional power generation facilities at the existing Terengganu (4 x 100 MW) and Temenggor (4 x 87.5 MW) Hydro Electric Projects.
• Power plant design review engineer for the Pergau Hydroelectic Project (4 x 150 MW). Work included the preparation of conditions of contracts and electrical & mechanical specifications, review of the tender documents, contract negotiations and award.
• Responsible for design review and quality audit of toll and all associated systems of privatized inner Kuala Lumpur toll roads.
In 1993, he founded and became the managing director of PEC Konsult Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian incorporated company set-up in association with the Hydro Electric Commission of Tasmania for hydro power projects and with Malcom Pirnie of USA through Pirnie-HEC, Australia for environmental engineering projects. The Company was involved in various power projects internationally such as Kazakhstan, Philippies, Pakistan, India, Mynmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, etc.
